Court won't review Obama's eligibility to serve
Suit claimed Obama was British-born and not a 'natural born' U.S. citizen

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court has turned down an emergency appeal from a New Jersey man who says President-elect Barack Obama is ineligible to be president because he was a British subject at birth.
The court did not comment on its order Monday rejecting the call by Leo Donofrio of East Brunswick, N.J., to intervene in the presidential election.
Donofrio says that since Obama had dual nationality at birth — his mother was American and his Kenyan father at the time was a British subject — he cannot possibly be a "natural born citizen," one of the requirements the Constitution lists for eligibility to be president. read

Not Everyone Is Celebrating...

I don't want to rain on anyone parade, but in the interest of truth, I'm forwarding this. We are dems, I'll admit it. We aren't celebrating.
It's pretty hard to shove the truth back into the can once it's been opened. Will most of the people we know who are celebrating and believe we had a real victory, still be celebrating if America continues to head down the path into a full blown police state? If the Patriot Act and other nefarious bills and signing statements put into effect by W and his gang of criminals remain in place, will everyone still be celebrating? If the effects and abuses of all this legislation continue to escalate, will people still be celebrating?
Before we were given a huge dose of the truth, and chose the red pill of truth over the blue pill of deception, we adored Clinton. We thought he was the greatest president we ever had, with the exception of JFK. Then we found out what he actually did while he was in office, we found out the true ramifications of NAFTA and other legislation he passed, which paved the way for ALL the deplorable fascist legislation and signing statements put into place by W. We found out about much nefarious legislation put in place over the last 100 years, without our knowledge, right under American citizens noses. Then we found out the Clintons are members in good standing of the Bilderberg Group, a secret society that is no longer quite so secret. What are government officials doing when they unlawfully attend the 'secret' meetings of secret societies, forbidden by our constitution and the Logan Act?
Why did Obama attend Bilderberg last summer? Clinton promised he would pass NAFTA at the Bilderberg meeting he attended in '91. This discovery was made via FOIA in black and white documents hidden in plain sight. It was the first piece of legislation he passed upon taking office. How many people are happy with the effects of NAFTA? Who's happy that most of our jobs and industry mysteriously left America? What promise did Obama make? What will he pass upon taking office?
What will it take for all those who are celebrating now to realize we have a one party political system consisting of democrats and republicans pretending to be a 2 party system? Who was it that started the erroneous belief which says: "we must vote for the lesser of 2 evils?" Who started the belief that only these 2 parties are viable? Why isn't the long standing popular belief something more along the lines of "We should vote our conscience, vote according to our hearts, our gut intuitive feelings and nothing else". Is it possible there are those invisible to us at the top of the pyramid who started the whole lesser of 2 evils belief? I received an email not long ago which said there are 50 girls to choose from for Miss America and the question asked was; "why don't we have 50 candidates running for President in population of 300 million? Damn good question!
Do we really want freedom? Do we have freedom or do we only have the choices provided to us by the select few? Where did our belief systems originate? Are they really ours or did they originate somewhere else and filter down? Do we want truth or ignorance? Do we want compassionate and honorable people in government and positions of power who are looking out for the best interests of ALL citizens, or do we want the Illuminati, the Freemasons, the Bilderberg Group, the Knights of Columbus, the Knights of Malta, the Trilateral Commission, the Council On Foreign Relations, the 'secret' sector of the military industrial complex and the many other 'secret societies' who are looking out for themselves and RULE from behind the scenes? No, we aren't celebrating Obama's win whether it's a real win or not. For the last 5++ years I've done my best to avoid feeling guilty for having brought a child into the Matrix we live in. Prior to that I did my best to avoid feeling guilty that we have a son with high functioning autism who we allowed to get the very vaccines that probably gave it to him.
Anyone ever wonder what the true message of the film "The Matrix" is really all about? I don't wonder anymore. Just as L. Frank Baum was desperately trying to tell us some 'truth' via his book "The Wizard Of Oz", so were those who funded the making of "The Matrix" desperately trying to tell us something. We got this piece of info from someone who knows the people who funded the film very well and knows WHY they did it. No, we aren't celebrating.
Because we try to live each day with a positive attitude and positive expectation, we do our best to never feel defeated no matter what. We're praying that truth, love, compassion, honor, honesty, education, empathy, awareness, and other attributes manage to push above the muck of illusion and delusion. We're praying these attributes will somehow light the way to true victory and shine through as we deserve them to. We are praying for this kind of true victory so our son and all future generations will be set free from the Matrix. We pray the majority of American citizens will chose to take the red pill too.

At least three early voters in Jackson County had a hard time voting for candidates they want to win.
Virginia Matheney and Calvin Thomas said touch-screen machines in the county clerk's office in Ripley kept switching their votes from Democratic to Republican candidates.
"When I touched the screen for Barack Obama, the check mark moved from his box to the box indicating a vote for John McCain," said Matheney, who lives in Kenna.
When she reported the problem, she said, the poll worker in charge "responded that everything was all right. It was just that the screen was sensitive and I was touching the screen too hard. She instructed me to use only my fingernail."
Even after she began using her fingernail, Matheney said, the problem persisted.
When she tried to vote for candidates running for two open seats on the Supreme Court, the electronic machine canceled her second vote twice.
On her third try, Matheney managed to cast votes for both Menis Ketchum and Margaret Workman, Democratic candidates for the two open seats.
Calvin Thomas, 81, who retired from Kaiser Aluminum in Ravenswood in 1983 and now lives in Ripley, experienced the same problem.
"When I pushed Obama, it jumped to McCain. When I went down to governor's office and punched [Gov. Joe] Manchin, it went to the other dude. When I went to Karen Facemyer [the incumbent Republican state senator], I pushed the Democrat, but it jumped again.
"The rest of them were OK, but the machine sent my votes for those top three offices from the Democrat to the Republican," Thomas said.
"When I hollered about that, the girl who worked there said, 'Push it again.' I pushed Obama again and it stayed there. Then, the machine did the same thing for other candidates.
"Why didn't she [the polling clerk] tell me before I even used the machine that might happen? And how many people, especially my age, didn't notice that?

Cyber Security Expert: Hackers Planning To Steal Election For McCain

Stephen Spoonamore warns in a new interview that electronic voting machines represent a national security threat and that hackers are already planning to steal the 2008 presidential election for John McCain.
Spoonamore is a GOP member and a lifelong Republican, having worked on election campaigns with Rudy Giuliani and Michael Bloomberg. He also has 20 years worth of experience in encrypted and networked communications systems for banks, TV, telecommunications, EMS, Military and other uses.
In an ten part You Tube interview, Spoonamore warns that hackers are planning to steal the election on behalf of the McCain camp and even predicts the margin of victory, that McCain will make a “shocking recovery” and win 51.2 percent of the vote with three electoral votes over Obama.
“This is a national security threat,” said Spoonamore, “it is very possible for a foreign government to begin manipulating that transmission of code just as they attempt to do fairly often with our financial data….we deal with it every day on the commercial side,” he added, noting that China, and not the American people, has a greater chance of choosing the next U.S. president.
Spoonamore also fingered Israel as another foreign government that was planning to attempt to hack the 2008 election.
“We don’t know who’s changing the vote now - these weird results are coming in all over,” said Spoonamore, adding that the danger of the vote being hacked by Israel, China or Russia is an even greater threat than partisan vote fraud on behalf of the Democrats and Republicans.
“You’ve built a vulnerable system and many people would want to exploit that vulnerability and not all of them have the best interests of our nation at heart,” he added.
In the interview, Spoonamore stresses how easy it is to hack an electronic voting machine and rig an election.
“If people think that a voting machine that calls in to a tabulator is any different than all those cash registers calling in to the central processor - it’s the same thing,” said Spoonamore. “If you put a man in the middle attack, a computer sitting in the middle that can change or capture or manipulate the information, it will do so,” he added.
“It’s valuable to be president….if you can steal it for a couple of million bucks why not,” said Spoonamore, adding that the last two presidential elections were stolen.
Spoonamore said that he had personally witnessed people attempting to hack election systems and since going public with his testimony had received threats not to talk about vote fraud because it would undermine American’s confidence in the voting process, to which Spoonamore responded that people should doubt their vote because “it’s being stolen”.
Spoonamore said that top Republican operatives had told him that election hacking was “just a different methodology” but they didn’t grasp the fact that if you build a hackable system, “there’s hundreds of sharks that want to hack it and you will not know who the final hacker was.”
Spoonamore said that the only way to prevent elections being stolen is a complete return to paper ballots, a “move back to what worked so well for 190 years,” and the elimination of electronic voting machines.

One of the problems Americans have is that most do not have a clue about American history, or the real history of any other place on Earth. That is a problem because if a people do not know their own history they are truly a lost culture, a lost society, a nation adrift without a clue who they are or where they are going.
I have said it many times: America is 300,000,000 million opinions and not a single cohesive plan in sight. I often think that America has the exact leadership it deserves. The electorate is just as guilty as the con artists in DC because Americans just keep electing and re-electing Mr. Shithead and Ms Shitforbrains over and over again. It is almost like Americans like to band together at the coffee roundtables and stitch-n-bitch sessions to discuss the folly of their decisions without admitting that they really screwed up big time.
Americans have an absolutely terminal disease of electing morons, liars and thieves...and then cannot understand what went wrong. Maybe they do understand their folly but are too proud to admit it.
As an historical example, who was Thomas Paine? Most Americans cannot answer that question and if asked for specific details they are really stumped. Thomas Paine was an Englishman who moved to America and within months found himself writing passionately about the Revolutionary War. He took one look at what America was and began to see what it could become. He may have been the fastest convert from being a Crown subject Englishman to an American, ever.
His first 'Crisis Paper' was issued on December 19, 1776 shortly after the Declaration of Independence and the start of the Revolutionary War. From the following statement in the introduction of that paper, the term 'Winter Soldier' was born.
"These are the times that try men's souls."
A Winter Soldier is the one who will stand on the front lines for their nation in the most dire and desperate of times. Unlike the cowards, the uneducated commentators, the arm chair quarterbacks, the Winter Soldiers will stand on the most desolate front lines one can imagine while others sit on their asses and do nothing but be spectators or commentators wasting the precious time of others.
Thomas Paine was not highly-educated like Thomas Jefferson. He was, in fact, a very common, not very well-educated man but he had the ability to write as he saw things... passionately. Things to Remember While Reading an Excerpt from the Crisis:
Paine truly believed that America would form a superior system of government and that America could not be conquered. His conviction is clear in his encouraging words to the American people. Throughout The Crisis papers, Paine repeatedly attacked the fainthearted, the "summer soldiers" and "sunshine patriots."
More than any other Revolutionary-era writer, Paine expressed his ideas in language for the common people. He liked to portray the war for independence as a simple struggle between good and evil. Naturally, the colonists were on the good side.
These are the times that try men's souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country, but he that stands it now deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us that, the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. Britain, with an army to enforce her tyranny, has declared that she has a right (not only to tax) but "to bind us in all cases whatsoever," and if being bound in that manner is not slavery, then is there not such a thing as slavery upon earth. America is involved in a battle of good versus evil right now. Tragically, in this hour of our greatest need, there is no one running for president qualified to lead that charge. America, in the current form of our government, is now worse than the tyranny that prompted the Declaration of Independence and the war that resulted in America becoming a free nation.
There are few people on this Earth who truly know me. I prefer it that way because I found out long ago that few can be trusted...so I limit my closest associates to God, Jesus Christ, family and a very few who have proven to me that they are worthy of my trust.
Jeff Rense and I have never met face-to-face, but he and I know much about each other because we chose to share it over time. He knows that I have been a Winter Soldier most of my adult life in the sheerest meaning of the phrase. I know that he has, too, because trying to get the truth in front of what is basically a nation of clueless people is a difficult and thankless task.

I will never forget over 300,000 Americans begging me to run for President. Those Americans backed up their wishes with the grand total of $326 to back my candidacy. I got shredded while the lazy spectators watched. America is full of Sunshine Patriots and Summer Soldiers afraid to face the real battle or the real issues.
Every four years, major corporations and the Wealthy Elite fund $1 billion or more to wage the battle for the Oval Office...and Americans cannot seem to figure out why they never get the leadership they want. The bottom line is that Americans refuse to fund the war to deliver them from tyranny. Somewhere along the way we have forgotten that freedom is not free.
What was even more amazing for me was that my platform was exactly what the vast majority of Americans say they want. It addressed every issue that is killing America and did so with specific solutions. The whole experience proved to me just how cheap talk has become and how most people want their salvation for free.
Most Americans worry more about their ideology than the future of their nation. They refuse to fight for what matters and cannot grasp the painfully obvious reality that neither the DNC nor the RNC will put forth candidates who are truly FREE to lead this nation with honor and integrity.
No real leader can emerge in America because the masses, aided, led and abetted by the zionist media will 'vet' and submerge honest candidates to oblivion with lies, innuendo and profane bullshit. Sadly, most Americans have lost the will - and the intelligence - to fight to save their nation and their future. Even for the sake of their own children.

One of the problems Americans have is that most do not have a clue about American history, or the real history of any other place on Earth. That is a problem because if a people do not know their own history they are truly a lost culture, a lost society, a nation adrift without a clue who they are or where they are going.
I have said it many times: America is 300,000,000 million opinions and not a single cohesive plan in sight. I often think that America has the exact leadership it deserves. The electorate is just as guilty as the con artists in DC because Americans just keep electing and re-electing Mr. Shithead and Ms Shitforbrains over and over again. It is almost like Americans like to band together at the coffee roundtables and stitch-n-bitch sessions to discuss the folly of their decisions without admitting that they really screwed up big time.
Americans have an absolutely terminal disease of electing morons, liars and thieves...and then cannot understand what went wrong. Maybe they do understand their folly but are too proud to admit it.
As an historical example, who was Thomas Paine? Most Americans cannot answer that question and if asked for specific details they are really stumped. Thomas Paine was an Englishman who moved to America and within months found himself writing passionately about the Revolutionary War. He took one look at what America was and began to see what it could become. He may have been the fastest convert from being a Crown subject Englishman to an American, ever.
His first 'Crisis Paper' was issued on December 19, 1776 shortly after the Declaration of Independence and the start of the Revolutionary War. From the following statement in the introduction of that paper, the term 'Winter Soldier' was born.

And instead of reforming what happened in Florida it basically institutionalized all the problems that happened in Florida. And institutionalized a series of impediments that make it very difficult for Democrats to register, for Democrats to vote and then for Democrats to have their votes counted.
One of these requirements under HAVA is called 'the perfect match,' and what that does is little known but it is devastating. A quarter of the voters in Colorado have just been removed from the rolls because of this-- just this one scam. And what it does is, they use a computer system to compare your registration application to all other government records in the state. So they'll look at your Social Security records, your Motor Vehicle records, and any time you've had any interaction with the government, and if there is any information on your voter registration that is different than the information on another government record that they find, they remove you from the voting rolls.
For example, if I registered as Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and yet my motor vehicle license said Robert Frances Kennedy Jr., I'd be removed from the rolls. If your initial is different, if you leave an initial out, if you leave a "Jr." out, if you leave a hyphen out in your name. And what they've done is a study in New York that said 80% of the errors are errors by state clerks taking down this information. Flipping the Democratic National Convention 2008
A number of national blogs in the last several days have made the claim that BroJon was wrong. The Democratic convention did not select Hillary on Wednesday – but in fact they did but in a slick secretive way, which I also predicted. I warned the readers not to believe what they see on Wednesday and Thursday – only look at the result on Friday. It's now after Friday. So what just happened?
Most people who watched the convention live, or who even just read about the convention in the newspapers, thought they saw Hillary give a stem-winder speech on Tuesday evening and released her block of votes to Obama and praising Obama as the next President. Don't you believe it. That was simply step one in flipping the convention. Then on Wednesday morning, Obama was convinced to go along with a floor roll-call vote with two names on the ballot list, Clinton and Obama. I thought “Oh boy, here we go, watch this convention magic trick.” And what happened was a trick. Half way through the roll-call vote Hillary, as head of the New York delegation, moved to stop the roll-call and nominate Obama by Acclamation. That was the trick.
Instantly, all the news media flashed on their screens “Democrat Convention elects Obama by Acclamation.” But that was NOT true. The democratic vote was not even tallied, counted nor recorded. Instead Obama was elected by a trick of the rules by a combination run by Hillary Rodham and Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the House, and head of the California convention Delegation. This was an election scam. It was a scam with which I was familiar, since I was an expert at that scam. It was based on that same expertise that I was selected by the California JayCees to be a delegate to the huge 1969 JayCee national convention in Phoenix.
Let me explain how that scam works.
In 1968, I lived in Milpitas, California. It was a very small city just north of San Jose. It was so small that the center of town was the single gas station, next to the railroad tracks. Most people then did not even know how to pronounce Milpitas. I became the Chairman of something called the “Milpitas Community Improvement Committee.” It was a group of 18 members representing home owners associations around the city, a real “grass-roots” group.
The city had a real problem. Going back to the 1800's the Western Pacific Railroad had been granted Federal easements for tracks and a large plot of land for maintenance or sale. A typical 1800's railroad deal. In Milpitas, the Western Pacific plot of land was a ten mile square in the center of town. It was empty, just dead grass and mesquite since WP had rules that only industries which shipped by rail could purchase and build in there. There was one business. It was the Ford Plant. All the Ford Mustangs in the US were built at the Milpitas Ford Plant and then sent by Western Pacific to dealerships all around the nation.
All good for Ford, but that left Milpitas with a single source of revenue, which was insufficient to build roads, schools, and all the things you need to be a city. Since it was a small city, and since I had just built my house in Milpitas with my own bare hands, and was a member of Milpitas Toastmasters, the Milpitas JayCees, the YMCA Y-Indian Guides with my son, and a member of the Community Improvement Committee, I personally knew all the City Councilmen, The city fathers. I also was a friend of the head of the local school district and publisher of the local news paper, the Milpitas Post.
What I heard from all of them was that Milpitas had a problem. Somehow we needed to get Western Pacific to change their rules about who can buy and develop land inside that big empty donut hole in the center of the city. But how can a city force a railroad to change their rules? Nobody had a clue. But I did. And since it was a sneaky and devious ploy and probably illegal I said nothing to nobody. I just went ahead and did it myself.
It started with my friend Mort Levine, publisher of the Milpitas Post, a weekly local paper to allow me to write a series of articles explaining the problem – all designed to inflame and anger the Milpitas citizens against Western Pacific, for driving down house values, forcing Milpitas to discontinue street sweeping and stop building new schools, and many other financial difficulties. All problems which I had heard for years at my Community Improvement Committee meetings. I knew how to get people angry. The railroad didn't know what was about to hit them. I set a date for a citywide meeting to discuss the need for Milpitas to pass laws to force Western Pacific to change their rules. (That was the illegal part since cities can't just pass laws to force a citizen or corporation to change their rules – but I just didn't mention that, I let the readers believe that cities had that power. That's why nobody including city fathers, city attorneys and others had no clue how to solve the problem since they knew it couldn't be done “legally”)
At the meeting, nearly 400 angry citizens filled the chambers of the Community Improvement Committee to overflowing. Actually we met in the same chambers as
the City Council, I sat in the Mayor's chair, but we met the day before the council meeting. Knowing that something momentous was about to happen even the city councilmen attended my meeting. I had their support, they just wondered if I could pull it off. The normal rules of orderly conduct for small meetings, PTA meetings, state legislatures, and even the Congress of the United States, including political conventions are called Roberts Rules of Order. I knew those rules backwards and forwards. I knew how to use them and abuse them, however I wished. That was my “expertise.”
I started off by announcing that the topic of discussion was the future growth of the city. I opened the floor to discussion and let a few members on the committee and numerous citizens from the floor make comments. After about 25 minutes I said in a loud voice. “Do I hear a motion?” By prior arrangement with my committee, one of my committee members raised her hand and said, “I move that the Milpitas City Council, to improve the conditions in the city, equires Western Pacific Railroad to allow businesses which ship my truck, and not just railroad. to build within the center of the city, and so increase tax revenue to the city.”
There was a low rumble of hushed comments after the motion was read. After a pause of 6.35 seconds I shouted, “Do I hear a second to the motion?” By prior arrangement, none of my committee members ever said anything. It seemed that the motion was about to die for lack of a second. Since all those 400 angry people, who had read my articles in the newspaper, were not members of the committee they didn't think they could second any motions. I had planned on that. They all remained silent and just looked at each other, worried that the motion was about to die. There was just stunned silence for 4.72 seconds, then I shouted, “All those in favor of the motion, signify by saying Aye.”
There was a sudden loud roar of “Aye” that echoed from one end of Silicon Valley to the other. It seemed to get louder by the second as more of the 400 wanted to be sure that the railroad heard their vote. I had just stepped over the rules. I did not wait for someone to second the motion, instead I just plowed ahead as if the motion had come into existence by being seconded. And two, I had called for a “verbal” vote, when the call for a verbal vote sually requires another vote to accept a verbal vote instead of a show of ands, counting ballots. or a roll call vote to pass a motion.
For people not familiar with Roberts Rules of Order, they didn't know that I had just broken the rules – smashed the rules would be a more apt description. As the loud shouts of “aye” died down I shouted “All those opposed to the growth of the city of Milpitas signify by saying No.” About 0.125 seconds after that, the raft of 3-piece- suited rail road lawyers in the back of the room figured out that I was talking to them, and before any lawyer could inhale to say “No” -- I shouted “The Ayes appear to have carried the motion. There being no opposition, The motion is carried unanimously and will be reported to the City Council tomorrow as a unanimous vote by the grass root citizens of Milpitas.”
By pre-arrangement with with my committee, I packed up my briefcase and we all walked out of the council chamber, followed by the 400 who had already seen the show they came for. I turned out the lights, leaving those pin-stripped lawyers at the back of the room muttering among themselves, “Lordy Lordy What the hell just happened?”
The results of my CIC meeting were reported the next day on the front page of the Milpitas Post, with a glowing description by my friend and publisher Mort Levine. Mort saw the event live but he never saw that I had manufactured and manipulated that event. I broke Roberts Rules of Order. I never allowed the motion to die without a second, I never called for a real “show of hands vote”, I never allowed the opposition to speak. The railroad never realized that they had just been gob-smacked by my gavel running rough-shod over the rules. Several years later the City awarded me a special gavel with a metal plaque reading “MARSHALL SMITH, CIC CHAIRMAN, 72-73.”
And that's how sleepy little Milpitas in 1968 turned from a town of 17,000 with one gas station and a high school into a vibrant metropolis of more than 150 thousand, three high schools, a massive regional shopping center with two freeways passing through it in 2008 – and all financed by Western Pacific Railroad, who actually believed that the citizens of Milpitas had changed the rules in 1968. Now most Californians know how to pronounce “Milpitas” and they often ask “Is Milpitas the real capitol of Silicon Valley?” I know how all that came about and now so do you.
I don't remember ever teaching that dirty trick using Robert's Rules of Order to Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. But she used it accurately and almost verbatim just as I had done. It started with Hillary's motion to end the roll call vote in the middle of the vote and nominate Obama by Democratic Convention Acclamation. Then Nancy called for a second to the motion, but there was none. So Nancy called instantly for a voice vote, just as I did. The “yea” vote shook the convention floor, but when Pelosi did the next obvious thing, “Those not in favor of suspending the rules and nominating Obama by acclamation, indicate your choice by saying NO” the response was SILENCE.
So Pelosi instantly declared “A majority of delegates have carried the motion, and Obama is nominated by Acclamation.” It was all a political trick. How did Pelosi know that there would be zero “No” votes? It was a trick created right in front of everyone, the public, live TV cameras, and millions of TV viewers all across the nation. I saw it myself and then knew that Pelosi had created the illusion, just as I did in Milpitas in 1968. It wasn't the democratic convention which had nominated Obama by acclamation – It was Nancy Pelosi and Nancy alone.
The dirty trick was to produce zero “NO” votes. How was that trick done? Normally a floor roll call vote in alphabetical order takes about an hour and a half to two hours, especially with all the fluff and flowery state promos from the head of the delegations just before they announce to the chair the results of each state delegate vote count. Early in the roll call vote, the state of California, delegation head, Nancy Pelosi. gave her flowery state promo speech but just before she announced the state count results to the chairwoman, a man stepped up to the microphone and announced “California Passes.” This caused instant confusion and consternation on the convention floor “Can a state just do that?”
Several of the talking-head pundits on CNN and FOX pointed out that most smaller states with 18 to 35 electoral votes might split their vote based on which candidate was ahead at the time. California with a massive 440 delegates could make it look like Hillary was ahead and make many small states toss all their votes for Hillary. By having California “Pass” the running delegate total shown on the bottom of the TV screen was rising up 15 at a time for Obama, and 3 at a time for Hillary. About that time Obama had around 1000 votes while Hillary had 240 votes. If California had reported its votes at the beginning of the alphabet, most of the smaller states might have skewed the vote totals. The magic trick occurred in the middle of the alphabet, the letter “N” for Nebraska and then New York.
Wednesday afternoon, the convention came to a hushed silence as Hillary took the microphone. Would she announce the actual delegate votes from the New York Democratic Primary elections, or toss all the state votes for Obama as she said Tuesday morning. It was neither. She made the now famous motion to suddenly end the roll call vote and nominate Obama by cclamation. Then she tossed the next part of the magic trick to the temporary roll call vote chairwoman, Nancy Pelosi. I already explained how Pelosi made veryone believe something had just happened when it hadn't. It was the same trick as me convincing Western Pacific and the public into believing that their rules had just been changed.
So what happened to all the “NO” votes? In the previous three days the Hillary supporters, carrying white signs with blue/black “Hillary” script with a red angled underline dash, appeared all over the convention floor. They were all over TV anytime the cameras focused on Hillary. But just before the floor roll call vote began, I noted that the floor seemed quite empty. Many people were missing. What was missing were the hundreds of delegates wearing white tee shirts with the “Hillary” logo on the front. Were they all rounded up by convention police? No – worse than that – they all voluntarily left the convention floor. How? Someone in the pro-Hillary group had called a secret caucus meeting in a back room to plan for what to do if Obama actually won the roll call vote.
Thus for an hour and a half the Hillary supporters were not on the convention floor during the long dull roll call vote. Boy, were they all surprised when they got back to the floor and found their votes had all been canceled, Obama had been nominated by acclamation, and they never got a chance to yell loudly enmasse “NO” to Nancy Pelosi. The actual vote tally when Hillary ended the roll call was only 1500 for Obama, much less than the 2700 needed for nomination. That's how that trick was done live and on TV and in front of everybody. Sounds like the Soviet Union to me. But American politics has been done that way for over 100 years. The trick here was to unify the convention by a vote of acclamation for Obama then several days later when the dust settles and Obama turns out to be not qualified to run for President, the Democrats will quickly find a replacement – Hillary. That's called Flipping the Convention.
Thus the vote to nominate Hillary by acclamation actually occurred last Wednesday – exactly as I had predicted and the vote for Obama will soon be flipped to the obverse. Thus all you bloggers who wrote to tell me my prediction was wrong. Need to listen more carefully when I said don't believe what you see on Wednesday, wait until Thursday or Friday or after. Then compare the reality of the results with my predictions. I knew something would happen on Wednesday which would result in the election of Hillary Clinton. I have known it for 35 years, it's even in my book Black Gold Hot Gold.
I am not a magician nor prognosticator. I could not predict what would happen on Wednesday. I only knew the day and the long-term results, Hillary's election. I was not surprised to find it was Nancy Pelosi on Wednesday who would pull the Troika Trick to control the convention. One of the reasons why I want to publish my “Russian Letters” is that I discovered proof that there are three Troika Lieutenants in California: Senator Diane Feinstein, Senator Barbara Boxer and Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi. I was not surprised that Pelosi used my Western Pacific railroad ploy. I can usually discover most Troika Tricks, since I found and used them all decades ago.

They were all over TV anytime the cameras focused on Hillary. But just before the floor roll call vote began, I noted that the floor seemed quite empty. Many people were missing. What was missing were the hundreds of delegates wearing white tee shirts with the “Hillary” logo on the front. Were they all rounded up by convention police? No – worse than that – they all voluntarily left the convention floor. How? Someone in the pro-Hillary group had called a secret caucus meeting in a back room to plan for what to do if Obama actually won the roll call vote.
Thus for an hour and a half the Hillary supporters were not on the convention floor during the long dull roll call vote. Boy, were they all surprised when they got back to the floor and found their votes had all been canceled, Obama had been nominated by acclamation, and they never got a chance to yell loudly enmasse “NO” to Nancy Pelosi. The actual vote tally when Hillary ended the roll call was only 1500 for Obama, much less than the 2700 needed for nomination. That's how that trick was done live and on TV and in front of everybody. Sounds like the Soviet Union to me. But American politics has been done that way for over 100 years. The trick here was to unify the convention by a vote of acclamation for Obama then several days later when the dust settles and Obama turns out to be not qualified to run for President, the Democrats will quickly find a replacement – Hillary. That's called Flipping the Convention.
Thus the vote to nominate Hillary by acclamation actually occurred last Wednesday – exactly as I had predicted and the vote for Obama will soon be flipped to the obverse. Thus all you bloggers who wrote to tell me my prediction was wrong. Need to listen more carefully when I said don't believe what you see on Wednesday, wait until Thursday or Friday or after. Then compare the reality of the results with my predictions. I knew something would happen on Wednesday which would result in the election of Hillary Clinton. I have known it for 35 years, it's even in my book Black Gold Hot Gold.
I am not a magician nor prognosticator. I could not predict what would happen on Wednesday. I only knew the day and the long-term results, Hillary's election. I was not surprised to find it was Nancy Pelosi on Wednesday who would pull the Troika Trick to control the convention. One of the reasons why I want to publish my “Russian Letters” is that I discovered proof that there are three Troika Lieutenants in California: Senator Diane Feinstein, Senator Barbara Boxer and Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi. I was not surprised that Pelosi used my Western Pacific railroad ploy. I can usually discover most Troika Tricks, since I found and used them all decades ago.
That's why I put the Troika truism at the top of every page "We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false." Right On, Mr. Troika...

Premier Election Solutions Inc. notified Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner (BROO'-nur) in a letter this week.
The company said the programming error led to votes being dropped in at least 11 of the 44 counties that used the company's machines in the March election. The company previously argued that the problems were caused by antivirus software complications.
The number of votes involved was not immediately available. State officials said the dropped votes were discovered by election workers.

Although many states have rejected electronic voting machines because of their vulnerability to errors and outright fraud, a third of the nation will still be using them this fall.
What's worse, notes CNN's Lou Dobbs, "a new report says election officials often are outsourcing their responsibilities to the very companies that make the e-voting machines, even trusting those companies to count the votes."
That report (pdf) was issued by voting rights group VotersUnite.Org, whose founder Ellen Theisen told CNN, "Elections should be accountable to the people and run by public officials who are selected by the people. ... When that's handed over to private vendors, these public elections are no longer public."
The problem is particularly serious when voting machine companies also tabulate the votes, because the companies own both the equipment and the propriety software which runs it and election officials have no way of double-checking their tally.
The VotersUnite report concludes, "The depth of the current dependence is shocking, but even more shocking is the fact that our elections are dependent on vendors whose records reveal their unethical and even unlawful behavior, as well as their incompetence."
Oklahoma is one state which owns its own voting system and wasn't tempted by the offer of federal funds in 2002 to switch over to a proprietary system. "There was really nothing on the market we would buy then," Michael Clingman of the Oklahoma State Election Board told CNN, "and there's still nothing we would want to buy today."
"Oklahoma is a real piece of America!" Dobbs commented approvingly. "They're telling these silly son-of-a-guns to go stick it -- and they're honoring a commitment to the public."
Dobbs promised to post a list of every state or county that is outsourcing the vote on his Web site.

Are computerized voting machines a wide-open back door to massive voting fraud? The discussion has moved from the Internet to CNN, to UK newspapers, and the pages of The New York Times. People are cautiously beginning to connect the dots, and the picture that seems to be emerging is troubling.
"A defective computer chip in the county's optical scanner misread ballots Tuesday night and incorrectly tallied a landslide victory for Republicans," announced the Associated Press in a story on Nov. 7, just a few days after the 2002 election. The story added, "Democrats actually won by wide margins."
Republicans would have carried the day had not poll workers become suspicious when the computerized vote-reading machines said the Republican candidate was trouncing his incumbent Democratic opponent in the race for County Commissioner. The poll workers were close enough to the electorate -- they were part of the electorate -- to know their county overwhelmingly favored the Democratic incumbent.
A quick hand recount of the optical-scan ballots showed that the Democrat had indeed won, even though the computerized ballot-scanning machine kept giving the race to the Republican. The poll workers brought the discrepancy to the attention of the County Clerk, who notified the voting machine company.
"A new computer chip was flown to Snyder [Texas] from Dallas," County Clerk Lindsey told the Associated Press. With the new chip installed, the computer then verified that the Democrat had won the election. In another Texas anomaly, Republican state Senator Jeff Wentworth won his race with exactly 18,181 votes, Republican Carter Casteel won her state House seat with exactly 18,181 votes, and conservative Judge Danny Scheel won his seat with exactly 18,181 votes -- all in Comal County. Apparently, however, no poll workers in Comal County thought to ask for a new chip.
Startling Results
The Texas incidents happened with computerized machines reading and then tabulating paper or punch-card ballots. In Georgia and Florida, where paper had been totally replaced by touch-screen machines in many to most precincts during 2001 and 2002, the 2002 election produced some of the nation's most startling results.
USA Today reported on Nov. 3, 2002, "In Georgia, an Atlanta Journal-Constitution poll shows Democratic Sen. Max Cleland with a 49%-to-44% lead over Republican Rep. Saxby Chambliss." Cox News Service, based in Atlanta, reported just after the election (Nov. 7) that, "Pollsters may have goofed" because "Republican Rep. Saxby Chambliss defeated incumbent Democratic Sen. Max Cleland by a margin of 53 to 46 percent. The Hotline, a political news service, recalled a series of polls Wednesday showing that Chambliss had been ahead in none of them."
Just as amazing was the Georgia governor's race. "Similarly," the Zogby polling organization reported on Nov. 7, "no polls predicted the upset victory in Georgia of Republican Sonny Perdue over incumbent Democratic Gov. Roy Barnes. Perdue won by a margin of 52 to 45 percent. The most recent Mason Dixon Poll had shown Barnes ahead 48 to 39 percent last month with a margin of error of plus or minus 4 points."
Almost all of the votes in Georgia were recorded on the new touchscreen computerized voting machines, which produced no paper trail whatsoever. And nobody thought to ask for a new chip, although it was noted on Nov. 8 by the Atlanta Constitution-Journal that in downtown Atlanta's predominantly Democratic Fulton County "election officials said Thursday that memory cards from 67 electronic voting machines had been misplaced, so ballots cast on those machines were left out of previously announced vote totals." Officials added that all but 11 of the memory cards were subsequently found and recorded.
Similarly, as the San Jose Mercury News reported in a Jan. 23, 2003 editorial titled "Gee Whiz, Voter Fraud?" "In one Florida precinct last November, votes that were intended for the Democratic candidate for governor ended up for Gov. Jeb Bush, because of a misaligned touchscreen. How many votes were miscast before the mistake was found will never be known, because there was no paper audit." ("Misaligned" touchscreens also caused 18 known machines in Dallas to register Republican votes when Democratic screen-buttons were pushed: it's unknown how many others weren't noticed.)
Apparently, nobody thought to ask for new chips in Florida, either.

The June 3rd 2008 election in Monterey County was, in general, an utter failure of election transparency. It was impossible for any observer whether county staff or independent observer to confirm that the election's outcome was proper. There are inadequate controls against both malicious tampering and accidental glitches.
The collapse of transparency was deliberate and systematic, and violated state laws, the certification rules promoted by the California Secretary of State's office and democratic principles in general.
Should these local policies against transparent elections be allowed to stand, elections will remain at risk in this county. Worse, should this elections agency be allowed to get away with observation barriers to the degree documented herein, a precedent will be set allowing other elections offices across the state to misbehave in the same fashion.
Thus, what happens here in Monterey as a result of this election will affect the security of the November general election and all subsequent elections.

Local citizens involved with SAVElections Monterey County (Valerie Lane and Brian Rothenberger) were subjected to harassment and verbal abuse during previous elections. On May 27th 2008 the abuse was ratcheted up – Mr. Rothenberger was first accused of moving a table that was blocking the observation window when in fact one of the staff had done so at Brian's request, and then Brian was falsely accused of pushing an elections official. Note that while they did make this claim and had the Salinas PD escort Mr. Rothenberger out of the building, they did not charge him with anything, likely because of the videotape recording in that location.
Note that Mr. Rothenberger is a very qualified computer tech local to Monterey who has been helping out the Green Party and SAVElections. He has been pointing out technical deficiencies in this elections agency and has consistently been branded a "troublemaker" by the county elections office. The pattern I saw is that any technically qualified person who looks at that agency will be vilified by them.

Is a Barack Obama bombshell lurking in the shadows, waiting to derail one of the biggest Cinderella stories in recent history?
While most political prognosticators in the mainstream press presume that Obama is the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, they still wonder aloud if Hillary Clinton (or some other entity) has something up their sleeve.
The bombshell may involve the murder of Donald Young, a 47-year-old choir master at former Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s Trinity United Church of Christ—the same congregation that Obama has attended for the past 20 years. Two other young black men that attended the same church—Larry Bland and Nate Spencer—were also murdered execution style with bullets to the backs of their heads—all within 40 days of each other, beginning in November 2007. All three were openly homosexual.
What links this story to Barack Obama is that, according to an acquaintance of Obama, Larry Sinclair, Obama is a closet bisexual with whom he had sexual and drug-related encounters in November 1999.
Further, Sinclair claims that Obama was friendly with at least two of these deceased parishioners, and that choir director Donald had contacted him shortly before being murdered from multiple gunshot wounds on December 23, 2007.
These killings are receiving a number of different reactions. The bombshell may involve the murder of Donald Young, a 47-year-old choir master at former Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s Trinity United Church of Christ—the same congregation that Obama has attended for the past 20 years. Two other young black men that attended the same church—Larry Bland and Nate Spencer—were also murdered execution style with bullets to the backs of their heads—all within 40 days of each other, beginning in November 2007. All three were openly homosexual.
What links this story to Barack Obama is that, according to an acquaintance of Obama, Larry Sinclair, Obama is a closet bisexual with whom he had sexual and drug-related encounters in November 1999.
Further, Sinclair claims that Obama was friendly with at least two of these deceased parishioners, and that choir director Donald had contacted him shortly before being murdered from multiple gunshot wounds on December 23, 2007.
These killings are receiving a number of different reactions. The Ministry of the Interior in the Netherlands decided last week not to adopt electronic voting machines. The decision was made after reviewing extensive research which indicated that none of the available machines offered adequate privacy and security safeguards.
Developing new equipment that could meet the government's standards was deemed too costly and challenging. Instead, voters will go old-school: marking their choices on paper ballots which will be tabulated by machines. The government has also ordered periodic testing of the tabulation machines in order to ensure that they are consistently reliable.
"As long as there is no good alternative, Netherlands agrees with pencil and paper," the government said in a statement. "Research shows that there can be no guarantee of voter privacy with new voting devices. Electronic voting would require the development of new equipment and a large investment, both in money and organization. This Tuesday's crucial contest will be primarily run on 100% faith-based, Direct Recording Electronic (DRE, usually touch-screen or push-button) e-voting machines across the state. There will be no way to determine after the election whether the computers have accurately recorded, or not, the intent of those voters who voted on them. As VerifiedVoting.org summarizes the crucial contest, it "will be essentially unrecountable, unverifiable, and unauditable."
Most of the votes, more than 85%, will be cast on such DRE systems which do not provide so-called "Voter Verified Paper Audit Trails" (VVPATs), as their use has been found unconstitutional in the state, since its been determined, accurately, that ballot secrecy cannot be guaranteed when using such paper trail systems. Not that it matters.
With or without a so-called "paper trail" printer, all touch-screen/push-button/DRE voting machines are equally unverifiable and antithetical to American democracy. Period.
So, as with South Carolina's primary, so so long ago, and other states since, whatever the officials tell you at the end of the election is what you, and we, will have to accept. A bunch of world-class computer scientists testified publicly this week that "U.S. Presidential Election Can Be Hacked".
As stunning as that sounds, there's nothing new here necessarily to readers of The BRAD BLOG, other than the fact that outlets like the IDG News Service and PCWorld are reporting it --- out loud --- and that the computer scientist community, specifically those who have been studying these systems, are now out and out saying it --- in public...and out loud.
"The three systems we looked at are three of the most widely used around the nation," warned professor David Wagner of the University of California, "They're going to be using them in the 2008 elections; they're still going to have the same vulnerabilities we found."
Wagner was speaking about e-voting system made by Diebold, Sequoia Voting Systems and Hart InterCivic which he examined during CA Sec. of State Debra Bowen's independent "Top to Bottom" review last year. He "and his team found that they could introduce a computer virus to any of the three systems, which would then spread throughout the county and ultimately skew the vote count," the IDG News Service reports.
